When will my order be delivered?
Orders ship via USPS within 3 business days (Monday–Friday). We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, but we don’t ship internationally. When your order ships, we’ll email you a USPS tracking number. Shipping policy
Can I return my product?
Yes. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll give you a full refund within 60 days of the shipment date. Refunds aren’t available for special orders or discounted items. To arrange a return, email website@cablecarstore.com or call 415-989-2040 with your order number. Refund policy
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at website@cablecarstore.com or 415-989-2040 and we’ll arrange the return free of charge.
